GENERAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All awards applications shall conform to the following submission content and formatting requirements. Submissions not conforming to these requirements will be eliminated from consideration. All applications shall consist of and be limited to the following materials:
1) Completed “Concealed Entrant And Authorization Data”Form. This form is provided by the Chapter in .doc format and shall be filled out by all applicants. See previous page for links to download nomination materials.
2) Applicant Descriptive Narrative. A text-only narrative describing the reasons for which the nominee should be considered for the LEEDership Award for which they are nominated. All narratives shall be no longer than three (3) typed pages with single spacing and uniform 3/4” margins. All narratives shall be written with 10 point aerial font. All applicants shall use the .doc format template provided by the Chapter for the narrative. See previous page for links to download nomination materials.
3) Supporting Images and Illustrations. The Evaluation Criteria documents denote the maximum number of images and illustrations that may be submitted that reinforce the nominee’s qualifications for the LEEDership Award for which they are nominated. All images shall be embedded in the .pdf submission and shall be accompanied by a descriptive caption explaining the image’s relevance to the application. Each caption shall be limited to 75 words each and shall follow the same font type and size requirements as the descriptive narrative. All images shall be color, of sufficient resolution to be included in a formal presentation, and have no dynamic qualities. Images containing video or other animations will removed from the application. Entrants are responsible for clearing photographs with photographers for publication and reproduction by the Chapter. The Chapter will provide proper photography credit when using photos, but will not assume responsibility for any copyrights or photography fees.
All application materials must be submitted in PDF format with an 8.5” x 11” page size. The jury will not consider any items that are oversized or in hardcopy format.

Completed materials for all nominations shall be submitted as a single PDF file or compressed into a single ZIP file and emailed to Colleen Mackin
no later than 5:00 PM on August 31, 2012.
